Centennial Planning is a comprehensive financial planning and investment advisory firm located in Bay City, Michigan. Even though this firm was started in July of 2006, the President of our firm has over 30 years of experience planning and investing retirement assets for individuals, trusts, businesses, and nonprofit employees. At the end of 2000, he resigned his "commission only" position and started working on building a new future by removing the strings which influence recommendations and becoming a "fee only" investment advisor.
As a "fee for services rendered" firm we feel that the disclosure aspect is key in all parts of the planning process. As we complete the planning process with clients, we believe that it is important that our recommendations not be based on some "outside" (employer/employee or financial) influence. We want to assure our clients that we are working for them and not working as a representative of some retail organization such as a bank, brokerage firm, or insurance company. Compensation from investments or insurance could cause a conflict.
Professional guidance is ever changing as well as tax laws and the investment environment. We will monitor and discuss as well as prepare a time line to implement recommendations for your financial security. Recommendations are made based on and support your unique goals and circumstances.
We welcome your inquiry and questions. If you have any specific questions on our service process or on our firm, or if you would like further information please contact us at (989) 686-4240 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
"Remember, what does 'retirement' mean? It doesn't mean that you're a couch potato. Leisure is not the same things as rest. If you're bicycling five miles a day, that's leisure, but it certainly takes a lot of effort."
